Similar to the firm’s Construction law practice, practice in Energy, Aviation and Mining laws gains traction from the knowledge and vast understanding of how the clients’ respective industries operate under attendant legal/regulatory, operational and commercial climates in the relevant jurisdiction. The firm does not only have such knowledge and understanding from relevant trainings provided by the relevant industry’s institutions, but also the experience from having served and represented numerous clients in these sectors. The firm also assists and represents its clients in matters falling under the authority or jurisdiction of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, and other relevant government agencies.
Recently, some of the firm’s clients have expanded to other countries. This bolsters the firm’s already robust cross-border law practice.
This practice area is ably headed by Engr.-Atty. Jesusito G. Morallos, who is currently a Dispute Resolution Administrator of the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market and the Renewable Energy Market, among his other qualifications.
