MA. ANGELA CAMILLE R. FELIPE (arf@fmh.ph) received her Juris Doctor degree from the Lyceum of the Philippines College of Law in 2020 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022. She graduated cum laude from St. Scholastica’s College, Manila in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with Specialization in International Relations.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked as the Head of Legal Department of private corporation where she was engaged in corporate and intellectual property practice.

Currently, she is engaged in the firm’s Corporate, Commercial, Taxation, Intellectual Property, and Immigration practice, occasionally taking on work with the Arbitration practice group.  She has experience in contract drafting and review, corporate secretarial works, and legal due diligence reviews for mergers and acquisitions. She also assists clients and renders opinions for various transactions, incorporation matters, intellectual property rights, and tax assessment issues before local government units.
