SHIRLEY M. OLAGUER received her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of the Philippines in 1990 and was admitted to the Bar in 1991. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines in 1984.

Ms. Olaguer specializes in registration of land titles and deeds. She is currently teaching Land Titles and Deeds in the College of Law of Adamson University. She has been engaged in litigation practice in the regular courts and in the appellate courts since 1991 up to the present. Most of her cases involve property disputes. She has also handled family cases involving annulment of marriage, adoption and judicial recognition of foreign judgments.
