The FMH Data Privacy Team conducted a briefing on the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA) and its compliance requirements on October 25, 2017 at the Makati Sports Club. This is in view of the recent implementation of the Data Privacy Act of 2012. The said briefing was headed by Atty. Rachel P. Follosco, Atty. Redentor M. Buban, Atty. Trina D. Singson and Atty. Ma. Luz M. Baldueza, who are all members of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and have attended various seminars and trainings on data privacy practice.
Representatives from various corporations and enterprises attended the said event. The Firm is a Silver Member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, the biggest aggrupation of data privacy professionals worldwide.
