GERALDINE S. GARCIA (gsg@fmh.ph) received her LL.B. degree from the University of the Philippines in 2003 and was admitted to the bar in 2004. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of the Philippines in 1992.
Ms. Garcia has extensive experience in civil, criminal, special proceedings, labor, and commercial litigation in all courts and quasi-judicial bodies such as the Energy Regulatory Commission, Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board, National Water Resources Board, Securities and Exchange Commission, and National Telecommunications Commission.
She also had the chance to work as an in-house counsel for a company with presence in Asia, Europe and North America. As in-house counsel, she focused on contract review and negotiations, case management, insurance claims, and labor-related matters while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders of the business.
Ms. Garcia is recently active in the immigration practice area of the firm. As the Junior Partner for Immigration Practice Group, she exercises supervision over the associates and paralegals and is adept at handling immigration-related matters.
