MIGNONETTE C. ALDAY (mca@fmh.ph) received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines in 2003 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2004. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines in 1997, with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.


She has more than 18 years of professional experience in corporate law and affairs, regulatory compliance, litigation, labor management, investigation of fraud and corruption, and good governance.


Prior to joining the firm, she was a Legal Officer in a government-owned bank based in Makati City, handling various legal matters, including providing legal advisory, documentation, and litigation services involving loans, deposits, treasury, trust banking, labor, anti-money laundering, data privacy, and government procurement.


As a bank officer, she received various trainings and seminars on various banking transactions, anti-money laundering, estate planning, corporate governance, data privacy, and government procurement. She also completed the One-Year Course on Trust Operations and Investments Management offered by the Trust Institute Foundation of the Philippines.


She also held government positions in the legislative and executive departments, including serving as a Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Officer for a former member of the Philippine Senate.
